Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ART-DOMINO® YOUR WORLD IN POP ART, Sabine Welz, Tauentzienstrasse 9-12, 10789 Berlin, Germany, sw@art-domino.com, Phone: +49 30 30340054) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the electronic withdrawal form. You can find this at the bottom of our website as a button with the text "Cancel contract". If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an e-mail confirmation of receipt with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration, as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Who is behind MAGNET STORIES?
MAGNET STORIES is a brand of ART-DOMINO® by Sabine Welz. The Berlin artist developed the Pop Art magnets and motifs based on her
art concept.
What was the inspiration behind MAGNET STORIES?
Magnets are small, lightweight and simply the perfect souvenir or memento from your holiday. But there's much more to them:
Arranged as a collage, they become a very personal work of art that you can use to beautify your home.
You can also get creative for your friends or family and find the perfect magnets for your loved ones as a special gift from the wide selection of designs.
Since when has MAGNET STORIES existed?
ART-DOMINO® Pop Art magnets have been around since 2000. However, since 2026 they will be listed and sold under the name MAGNET STORIES.
How did the idea come about?
Joy and fond memories are often found in the little things - and that's also true of MAGNET STORIES.
Every time you look at the magnets, you're reminded of a trip, a celebration, a great encounter or experience with
a person. MAGNET STORIES brings those little moments of happiness home.
Is there a store where I can view and buy the magnets?
Yes, we have a retail store in Berlin where all MAGNET STORIES Pop Art magnets can be viewed and purchased.
The store is located in the Europa-Center at Breitscheidplatz (Tauentzienstraße 9-11, 10789 Berlin) and is called
ART-DOMINO® | YOUR WORLD IN POP ART. You can browse through the large selection of over 5,000 magnets on site
and create your own personalized magnet collage.
What distinguishes MAGNET STORIES from other magnets?
The special thing about MAGNET STORIES is that all magnets are made in the same style and format. This allows you to create your own collage of magnets and thus your own small picture, which, for example, shows your favorite places. You can also design a collage for your family and friends as a gift.
Who designs the motifs on the magnets?
The designs are created by MAGNET STORIES employees themselves. All city designs and names are created by the artist Sabine Welz.
Where can I buy the magnets?
You can buy MAGNET STORIES magnets in our online shop and have them easily delivered to your home, or you can visit our store in Berlin. The shop is located in the Europa-Center Berlin at Breitscheidplatz, within ART-DOMINO® | YOUR WORLD IN POP ART on the ground floor.
